We offer refunds only under specific conditions. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
2. Eligibility for Refund

- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
- If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled due to our limitations
- If a valid issue occurs from our side that prevents completion of the service
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Once work has started on the project
- If the client changes their mind after order placement
- If delays are caused due to lack of communication or incomplete information from the client
- If additional requirements are introduced after the project has started
- If the service has already been delivered as agreed
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement (generally within 30 minutes)
- Once processing or work has started, cancellation may not be possible
5. Scope Changes
If a client requests changes or adds new requirements after the project has started:
- These changes may require additional charges
- Timelines may be adjusted accordingly
- Such changes do not qualify for refunds
6. Refund Processing
- If a refund is approved, we will initiate it as soon as possible from our end
- The actual time required to receive the refund depends on the payment provider or bank processing time
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors
7. Fair Use Policy
We aim to maintain fairness for both clients and our team. Refund decisions are made based on reasonable evaluation of the situation.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are abusive, unreasonable, or not aligned with this policy.
