3. Orders and Payments

• Full payment is required before the start of any service unless otherwise agreed
• Payments may be processed via Stripe, Shopify payments, bank transfer, or other supported methods
• Pricing may vary depending on project scope and client requirements
• All transactions are processed in applicable currencies based on client location

4. Service Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on the type and complexity of the project
• Prebuilt Shopify stores are typically delivered within a short timeframe
• Custom projects are completed based on mutually agreed timelines
• Delays may occur due to incomplete information, revisions, or external factors

5. Revisions and Scope

• Revisions are provided within the agreed project scope
• Requests beyond the original scope may require additional charges
• Continuous changes or new requirements may affect delivery timelines

6. Intellectual Property

• All work remains the property of Ecomplix until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client
• Ecomplix reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed

7. Refund and Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement (as defined in our Refund Policy)
• Once work has started, refunds are generally not applicable
• Refunds may be issued only if we are unable to deliver the agreed service
• All refund decisions are subject to our Refund Policy

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Responding in a timely manner when required
• Ensuring that provided materials do not violate any laws or third-party rights

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines or delivery.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, or revenue, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ecomplix shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses, including loss of revenue or profit
• Issues arising from third-party platforms (such as Shopify or payment providers)

Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or providers. We are not responsible for any issues, changes, or disruptions caused by these third parties.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Misuse or abuse of services occurs
• Required cooperation from the client is not provided

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by applicable laws, with jurisdiction aligned to our operational base.
